Job Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing statements and invoices to verify amounts owed as well as preparing and processing payments for vendor invoices and other financial obligations in accordance with internal accounting policies. Wage range: $23-25/hour.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Match vendor invoices to purchase orders
Post vendor invoices to ERP system
Monitor terms and discount opportunities
Assist in processing vendor payments
Research purchase order and billing issues and work directly with the Purchasing and/or Receiving departments to resolve in a timely manner
Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm accurate processing
Maintain vendor files
Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Required Skills/Abilities:
1 to 3 years of experience as an AP Specialist preferred
Strong data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail

Job Summary:
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will work with other sales team members to grow existing customers and create new customers while increasing customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Build customer relationships through phone and email correspondence to build confidence in Neuco's offering and result in repeat sales. Starting wage: $24/hour.
Responsibilities:
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
Setup and maintain customer files and parts information
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team
Recommend alternate products based on specifications, cost, or availability when necessary
Proactively recommend items needed by the customer to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Present price in accordance with standard procedures and customers' accounts
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders or quotes
Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items or any part needing to be ordered in or on backorder
Communicate to the purchasing department unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products
Maintain proficiency in using your personal computer and any other common office equipment and software
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Continually update company database with product information
Provide feedback/ideas on how to serve the customer base in new and more efficient ways
Communicate with customer base in a professional manner to build relationships with customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School diploma/GED is required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
HVAC industry or other wholesale sales experience preferred
Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems preferred
